Removing healthy active options for our kids opens time and space for trouble .. what a ridiculous request.keep the well-being health and safety of our community and our children and mine we're making a decision such as this. I'm not sure how removing the courts supports anything healthy for a children or a community

Removing these nets from the court is the most absurd think I’ve ever heard. Doing this will give teens of the area nothing todo causing more mischief to happen. Removing activity that kids to do is just wrong.

I see these used regularly. The community clearly wants them.

It’s important for me to have my kid get out and get exercise. Removing these nets will be one less place for them to go. Keep the basketball courts, let the kids play

If you don't keep out youth poistively active, they'll find negative alternatives. This basketball court gives the youth in windrose a positive outlet to be active in their community.

These courts are utilized daily. In this day-in-age, kids need to be encouraged to get outside and play. Especially with everything going on in today’s world, removing these courts could be detrimental to some as their lives are already being turned upside down. They don’t need another positive removed. Please keep these courts so we can keep encouraging our kids to be kids and play.

Our family uses them and it would be a shame to see them go. Obviously with these signatures there is the demand for them.

Keep the courts. It is wonderful to see kids playing outside on the courts. When our grandkids come, we always use them.

I hope that some sort of compromise can be made to address the concerns without having to remove the court. I back on to the park and see the playground and basketball court being used all the time and would be sad to see it go.

Why take this down? Leduc said to get out and use the outdoor space around your homes, well cant have much fun with nothing left to play with now can we. If you can tell me why and have a GOOD reason for this maybe but from what i hear no good reason has been said. I bought my home here in windrose for the parks and paths. Please leave it alone or add to it dont take things down like why?? We pay a lot of taxes to live here and nothing is extra special for the services the city gives us here so taking more things away really has me shaking my head here. What is the city going to put there or do for us for taking that down? Kids need things to go do around home so please dont take this down because some old person is crabby and dont like the sounds coming from a park like really.

Having to once again prove that these courts are needed only 6 months after that last time is a drain on all resources. Is this something that the neighborhood is going to have to watch for every council meeting to see if it is going to be snuck into another meeting. This has already been dealt with and shouldn’t need to go to Council again.
