Had a lot of good times with friends and had my 50th birthday party there. What a terrible shame it would be fir this to be flattened like many other historical local landmarks. Shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Such a shame that historical and beautiful buildings are being pulled down for modern ugly 'boxs's, buildings that mean something to local communities,buildings that can never be brought back in their original splendor. PLEASE GIVE CAREFUL THOUGHT TO HISTORY!!

keep it open. was a brilliant pub till new manager took over. totally ruined it. needs to be kept open new manager!!!

Trouble is many of the local people don't uses pubs , I remember many a good time on there . Love the garden when the children were little

Seems like anytime a big chain want to sell something, they send in a grim reaper of a manager to run the business down at the expense of the local community.

This is the best pub in chadwell Heath it should be turns into flats it has so much potential big garden big car park function hall room in the bar for disco night or karaoke and food has always been delicious. It just need someone to put a bit of effort in. Would do better keeping this open and closing something else which has less to offer the chadwell Heath community!!!

This pub must be protected. It has history and a part of Chadwell Heaths history. Planners must insist on no change of use to stop the brewery running it down only to sell it to a developer.

With a bit of tlc and the garden done up. Has the potential to be the best pub in chadwell Heath!! Sad to see another pub go.
