Who does not want to read the Ten Commandments?? Don't. But we live in a Democracy. Majority rules. Not only if it "fits your agenda". The TAX PAYERS and MAJORITY ( as based on Democracy demands) want the Ten Commandments BACK in our schools. Stalin doesn't live in America.

You are taking away the rights our forefathers fought to have! Freedom of religion, the right to choose!! That is what this country was founded.

When can a group like the alcu have the power to go against the majority of people who want the 10 commandments left up for our kids to see.

I attended Glynn County Schools from first grade until I graduated from BHS in 1982. I believe in God and the Bible, that Jesus Christ is Lord. We cannot remove all goodness from our children's lives. Train them up in the way they should go so that when they are old they will not depart from it.

Simple. Taking God out of our lives hasn't been a success. It's a states issue and always was.

First, let me say that my family and I try to be devout Christians. My daughter and I were just speaking of religion and the school system yesterday when we pulled up to Brunswick High School and noticed we had forgotten about the "See You at The Pole" event. She described many assemblies and programs during school time that are "religiously charged". So....without going into an even longer comment...... Why are the schools allowed to have these types of programs/events if we cannot proudly display The Ten Commandments??
