Re-evaluate your school if you want to cut this class.

Teaching our children how to be physically fit, to make exercise (both cardio and strength) part of their daily routine and how to connect their mind and body are invaluable lessons that should not be taken for granted. The strength and conditioning program teaches valuable life lessons and keeps students and athletes healthy and strong.

The strength training program at CASH is extremely beneficial for the students. As it may be true that no everybody takes advantage of it, for the ones that do, it teaches them how to lead a healthy lifestyle for years to come. The trainers do an exceptional job at motivating the students to do their best. And that didn't only pertain to the weight room. I have witnessed Vietri lecture his students for underperforming in their other classes on multiple occasions. If this program is removed, it would be very detrimental to the student body.

Without this program, I would have never gained any interest or motivation in living a healthy lifestyle. It's beneficial to all students who want to stay in shape but don't have the time or money to join a gym elsewhere. The teachers are truly helpful. Cutting this program would be detrimental to any future student who wants to use the great facilities we have, and it would decrease the amount of students willing and motivated to become healthier

for a school that stresses dedication when it comes to sports and athletics, it makes absolutely no sense why you would go to such a great length to get rid of such a great program that clearly over half of the student body wants to see stay.
