I've been going to this show since I was born it would be sad to have them cut out the best part.

I have been coming to the frolics since I was crawling. 33 years never once missed. I moved 3 hours away now but travel only to see them blow up the beach. I will be very disappointed if they take this away. It has been a family tradition. Please don't take it away from us. Everyone I know is so upset about this issue.

Please keep my family's tradition alive. Honestly, even my 1 and 4 year old grandchildren love "blow up the beach"

This is one of the only traditions my family has. It is my son's 1st time being able to enjoy it, this can't end!!!

Ive been going to the frolics sence i was a little girl and now i take my children there and they love it. It needs to stay it is a tradition lets keep it that way.

It's really a shame that's the the traditional family gathering mainly for parade and fireworks has even been considered to be cancelled.
My whole life as a child and as a parent with my own children experiencing our family tradition is now in danger of being discontinued for my grandchildren, they would lose out and miss such a wonderful family traditions.
I pray that this will be reconsidered and reconcile to have the parade and the fireworks, as it bring families closer together in a safe environment.

This has been my favorite thing to do with my family since I could remember. It's the only time of the year that we all get together and can be able to just show love for our neighborhood.

This is a tradition for families that we look forward to each year. I went as a kid and I'm taking my nieces and nephew now. I understand the complaint, but it's only ONCE a year.

Please keep the fireworks. I fully understand the inconvenience of the neighborhood. I really do get it. However, there is a financial benefit for the city that is worthy of some sacrifice. In 10 years, if these go away, and the city is missing $1M in revenue, I bet if you ask people to make a sacrifice for a day or two, they would overwhelmingly say yes. Let's not lose this wonderful event and put the community in a hardship over a small sacrifice.
