Please consider re-evaluating the contention that the proposed level of development and environmental disturbance (with potential for commercial use) is justified under the terms of a conditional use permit.

The scar of commercial development would destroy the reason we love living in Spring Creek.

Don’t allow this. Totally against defacing our beloved mountains for someone’s personal agenda.

This is a bad idea. I NOT in favor of this. I believe there could be ulterior motives and future plans to get what they REALLY want.

The county needs to stop this if it was for just his friends and family he wouldn't need 5 lifts. That many runs would not be needed.

No to development in the Ruby Mountain Range. Let it remain wild with wildlife, livestock, aquatics, aquifers, and beautiful views unspoiled by big homes and eyesores such as ski lifts and other big money projects.

Theres already enough unwanted development in this state that has caused several unnecessary problems such as lyon county's water contamination issue. Leave the Ruby's alone its my home.

This private or public ski resort would be an eye sore and waste of water resources. The Rubies are a gem and need protection from out side development that doesn't share the values of the community. Keep the Ruby Mountains wild!

This is just wrong. And sadly, if it goes through, it will create and “elite” group of who’s invited.. and we all know how elites behave… entitled.

The Rubies need to stay natural with as little man made anything as possible. Heli skiing is enough for those who wish to ski. Nordic can be done anywhere in the range.

Nature areas are important and need to be left alone for the benefit of the planet and the humans living here and relying on the local ecosystem. A private Ski Resort is nothing more than a greedy cash grab for elite members of society who hold no regard for their fellow constituents.
