I have been playing at this rink for about 20 years and can say that the positive influence it has had on my life is tremendous. It kept me off the street when I was a young man and helped me create a positive outlet in my life in a place where I can go every week and see good people enjoying themselves and blowing off the steam in their stressful lives by playing hockey in a community friendly orientated rink and league. As a Captain now in the NYC Fire Department I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am today without this rink and leagues positie influence on my life and I still play there now and thoroughly enjoy the positive outlet it provides for me and some of the lifelong friends I have from this rink and league.

Save the Rink . This is the only roller rink in Staten Island for the kids to play at make new friends.Also its accessible to get too !

DON'T TAKE THIS RINK AWAY. In a society where obesity is a major problem with today's kids, a rink like this one keeps kids off the video games and cell phones and keeps them active with sports activities and interacting with other kids their age.

Keep the rink open. This has been a blessing for my son who absolutely loves to play the sport and has made him more confident.

SI needs this rink. There are tons of places to play every other sport on this island. Where's the support for roller hockey? Go build your fun park by the giant wonder wheel that's going up.

Keep the rink @ manor road open. It's a great rink !!!!!! Great fun for everyone. I'll definitely boycott NY Funpark & spend my money elsewhere if they remove the rink.
