The last thing our community needs is 2 less family owned businesses to make way for a CvS.

I will speak and lash out against this project at any future hearings if I have to. This is an outrage.

This came up in a conversation with several parents yesterday. We have very limited options in Eastlake and many many of us have spent years sitting at the restaurants with th patio and fountain with our kids enjoying the enviroent and watching friends walk by. This area is a large part of what makes Eastlake a community and tearing it down to make a CVS is a violation and tragedy.

its a shame to tear down this beautiful community for big time commercial stores. Mom & pops stores are what build are country. Leave them alone. We don't want this going on in our community.

CVS? REALLY? Good grief, how many more drug stores do we need? These two restaurants are local, bustling and serve really great food. Plus, it's nice to be able to enjoy yourself at VillageWalk even though the parking lot isn't the biggest. So you're going to be tearing down a fountain and outdoor seating too? C'mon, Sudberry Properties, listen to the residents. DON'T DO IT! Chula Vista has long been a community that rallies against unpopular decisions and I predict that your traffic into that really nice mall will significantly decrease.

How about a classy dinner/dancing venue or even a quaint bed & breakfast(nothing like either of those for miles). Just please not another chain drugstore. So sad.

Please don't close Karina's or Via Lago! We need to support our local businesses and save the unique sense of community in the Village Walk Shopping Center. We do not want another box store that ruins the feel, look and atmosphere of our community. You will destroy what has been worked so hard for in this area...a sense of hometown feel. We should support one another in our community not destroy one another for the sake of the ability to garner more money from a large chain that will provide no value added benefits to this community. Keep Village Walk the way it is and show your true support for the people who support the existing businesses that in turn provide you with a decent ROI I'm sure. We want our community to stay our community!

We do NOT want a CVS in our neighborhood and want these two beloved restaurants to remain for the community. Please respect the voices of the customers and community.
