A cvs will only take away from the beauty of this shopping center. Those restaurants are two of the better ones in our area .

There is no need for a CVS, and its presence would negatively effect the beauty of this idyllic shopping venue

Let's do what we can to fight this!
Dear Joe and George at Sudberry Properties:
Please….don”t build a CVS in the Eastlake Village! We have more than enough drug stores in the neighborhood and my family would never have a reason to buy anything from this proposed CVS store. Have you asked the nearby neighborhoods what they’d like in this area? I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t respond-A Drugstore.
As residents of Eastlake since 1986, we finally have a “neighborhood restaurant scene”. Don’t take that away buy suburbanizing, sanitizing, and scarring our neighborhood with yet another boring strip mall. How about taking your plans to the location on San Miguel and Proctor Valley roads where the Albertsons once stood? Now that would make sense to the neighbors. There are tons of apartments nearby and a new senior center was just developed across the street.
Villa Lago has been a gathering place for friends and family for years. Whether it’s a special occasion or a cocktail to unwind, it’s been our go to spot. They offer some of the best food in Chula Vista and their staff provides an authentic neighborhood vibe. To boot, they’re the only restaurant in walking distance! Their departure will decimate the local food scene and we’ll have to drive several miles to get a nice meal. We will do what we can to fight this plan and we’ll certainly sign the petition, use social media to spread the word, and recommend that other Chula Vistan’s fight this too!

I will not shop at CVS if it goes in. There are plenty of drugstores in the area. We don't need another one.

Unbelievable! These people stuck it out through the horrible economy and this is how they are rewarded? We don not need another pharmacy in East Chula Vista. We need these two iconic restaurants to stay where they are. I will not shop in this shopping center if they allow the CVS to replace these restaurants.

this is the only center we go to - banking, groceries, restaurants, and retail. It's perfect the way it is!

Winding walk is a jewel. Why turn it into a Walmart parking lot mall? It was hard enough when TJ Maxx came in parking became harder. Please keep it as it is. Put a CVS next to Bevmo.
