I love going to the Village Walk shopping center and a major reason for that are both Via Lago and Karina's. PLEASE don't tear them down!!!! I grew up going to Via Lago and have many fond memories of that place. Karina's was a great new & fun restaurant. In addition, if you tear these two beautiful buildings down, the overall aesthetic of the shopping mall will be ruined--it is after all "Village Walk" and the last thing we want is a big commercial chain store like CVS there. If we want that we can go down the street to Target. Please let us keep the Village Walk we know and love.

I love taking my Grandchildren to Karinas for Dinner. Afterwards we order Yogurt from Golden Spoon, sit outside in the patio area to admire the pond and feed the fish. The area in which you want to destroy is one of few beautiful attractions Eastlake Chula Vista has. No to CVS, save Karinas and Via Lagos!!! Please listen to the community.

Why would you destroy 2 beautiful and unique places to implant an unneeded overly abundant place? No one will go to that CVS when there's a much less expensive Target in walking distance and a Rite Aide right across the street from the Target. Consider keeping these 2 restaurants first as opposed to a large store. And if keeping these restaurants doesn't make financial sense try thinking about replacing them with 2 other equally sized restaurants that won't take away from the unique beauty of the shopping center. When you put on the snow in the winter it simply wouldn't be the same without the ambiance of the area. You guys will lose money if you make this dramatically altering change.

While I understand that the Village Walk has seen better days, another drug store is not going to help. Several pharmacies and big box stores are already in the area. In addition, the fountain is one of the few things with character in the land of sprawl and planned communities. Give your community the chance to continue to build a real community.

Anyone who lives in Eastlake, knows and enjoys Village Walk, knows that a CVS is really going to kill the vibe at Village Walk and is just another unnecessary pharmacy chain in the area. We already have several pharmacies in Eastlake including at two Von's, a Walgreen's, and Rite Aid. Village Walk is known as a place to enjoy a walk and dine. It has a great ambiance. Don't ruin it with a dull, lifeless CVS Pharmacy. Have you ever been in one? It's nothing to be excited about.

Another drug store in the area? We are saturated. Vons, rite aid, Wal-Mart and Walgreen. We do not need another corporate box store in that mall. Don't kill a family establishment in this area.

There is not ample parking in that center for a CVS store. There is also no need for a cvs in our area.

We do not need a CVS in the area, those are great restaurants and there is already a lack of good restaurants in the area. It makes more sense to place a CVS at the San Miguel Shops shopping mall than at Village Walk. This is a beautiful shopping mall and a CVS will trash it. I will not shop there and will try to avoid the shopping mall because the CVS will make parking worst.
