I am a real estate agent as well as a homeowner and owner of several rental properties in walking distance of this lively shopping center. Part of the value and enjoyment of those who live nearby will be altered and diminished by this proposed change.

WILL NOT SHOP AT CVS. WHAT ARE YOU THINKING. RUINING A WELL PLANNED, COMMUNITY FRIENDLY, BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING CENTER? WE HAVE TONS OF MEGA PHARMACIES AVAILABLE.

These are two fine establishments, two of my favorites in the area, a pharmacy of any kind does not belong at this location, plus we already have several pharmacies within 1 mile radius (VONS, RiteAid, Walgreens), please preserve the fine dinning atmosphere of Village Walk, or your customers will walk away to other areas.

These are two of my favorite restaurants in the area. I have known the owners for a while and I know they will be sad for closing the restaurants. We dont need another drug store in the area. There is one a few blocks away. Please don't take them away.

I selected to live in Eastlake because of the ambience. We need fine dining in the area! You are destroying the character of the community with a CVS!

If CVS wants to be in Eastlake so bad then they house go to new area in Otay Ranch across street from the low income housing!!!!!! Bet they would make more money there since across street!!!

There is already a Walmart pharmacy, Walgreens and Rite Aid a block! We do NOT need an ugly CVS in that shopping center!

There is a Rite Aid and Walgreens just a block or two away! PLUS the pharmacy in Walmart! There is NO need for a tacky CVS there!

Commercialism as opposed to what people care and want. $$$$$$$. It is so sad. There is a huge Raid aid a couple of miles away... How many sick people do you think eastern Chula Vista has?

We need another Pharmacy in that neighborhood like we need another Chase bank out there! Seriously? There are 2 others practically within walking distance! And a Walmart and Target there as well! Bad decision!
