We don't need another drugstore. We need good restaurants in East Chula Vista. Village Walk is a beautiful shopping center. I love the fountains, ponds and sculptures.

I agree with the comments CVS does not belong on this neighborhood! We have a Walgreen's by Walmart, We have the Walmart too.

I want Via Lago & Karina Restaurant to stay where they are. Eastlake needs these places. Not to go to Downtown SD No problema with CVS but no need at this location yo can send CVS to 2322 Proctor Valley Rd, Chula Vista, CA 91914, United States +1 619-240-3826 There are a lot of empty locals for rent there.

Why doesn't CVS build their store at the old Albertson location in the Shops at San Miguel. It will ruin the look & feel of village walk. My friends & I have agreed to boycott this CVS if they decide to destroy this community.

No strip malls please. It won't be hard to find a new tenant should one of these restaurants go out of business. You're gonna ruin the vibe..

This mall is beautiful the way it is, there's no place for a pharmacy in it, and I'm sure would not go to said pharmacy since your taking away my favorite restaurant. Hate, hate, hate the idea.

Its infuriating to know that the greedy scumbags who own that property are letting the CVS greedy coorporate pigs line their pockets with big $$$ to destroy two great little locally owned reataurants in a unique little eastlake shopping/dining area.. You're destroying a beautiful piece of real estate for what.. some more cash in your already overstuffed pockets??? Screw you, and screw CVS, you are the ones helping to destroy what made this country great.. The small locally owned businesses.. now hopefullt along with myself and many others in the area, won't ever step foot in that shit hole.. I can only hope that if this deal goes through, that fellow residents like myself will turn their back on that bullshit store, and when it closes in a few years, leaving a permanent vacant hole where two great restaurants once sat.. and can only hope that after years of it remaining vacant, millions in revenue begins flying out of your pockets. that the jerkoff coorporate douchbags responsible for this garbage all pack themselves into a van and drive it strait off a cliff, leaving that piece of real estate available for someone who respects what once was, and will have the decency to return it to the way it was before you coorporate pigs destroyed it..

Chuka Vista needs MORE restaurants, not fewer. The Eastlake area has been waiting for decent options for entirely too long, people are just now getting accustomed to being able to enjoy a night out in THEIR neighborhood. We sure as hell don't need another big box pharmacy. The addition of Kohl's & TJ Max is bad enough.

We will be devastated if Via Lago Trattoria is torn down!!! We visit Chula Vista often because our grandchildren live there. Via Lago Trattoria is the ONLY establishment we will go to and eat out often! We have made great memories at Via Lago Trattoria! Jan has been terrific each and every time! The staff is wonderful and we have made great acquaintances. It would truly be a loss if CVS takes the place of a family run business where you feel like family when you dine there or even drop by to say "Hi". Please ~ please reconsider changing the dynamics of the Village Walk Shopping Center in Eastlake. It would be a huge mistake to put in yet another big box. Thank you for listening. Sincerely, Paul and Karen Allison
