As an HSU alumni I have witness Ms. Hardwick be a pillar on the campus and in the community for many years and I pray that she's allowed to continue to do so!

I worked with this fine lady in my last semester of my undergrad. She brought a project to my marketing research class to increase enrollment at Henderson. She was such a great resource and mentor.

I am an alumni at HSU and Mrs. Hardwrick was the first person I enountered at the university. She assisted me on the many programs that were offered as well as campus life. When I made my decision, she worked diligently to get things ready for my first semester. She is a voice and a fixture at this university. It sounds like the "School with a Heart" is not listening to the brain (students, alumni, etc.) that controls the heart. I would like to see her remain in her position or promote her to a management; therefore, she can continue the great work she has been doing. HSU directives, use the motto of the school and do the right thing by keeping the people that keeps the heart beating.

Vikitia is the heart and soul of HSU . As an alumni of HSU Vikitia is the reason I attended and one of the reasons I stayed at HSU. This will do an injustice to the university and the students.

I'm not really understanding the administrative decisions by my alma mater in the last couple of years BUT regardless "2nd Mom" Ms Vikita is AWESOME and has done an incredible job as Director of Admissions, Please HSU lets get her back in her position.

As an alumnae and having worked with Vikita as well, I know first hand that she is the consummate professional, always cares for those around her, has a positive attitude, and is a genuine person. She does put students first and that is what is needed in her position. Losing her would negatively impact the recruitment of future HSU students.

Why don't you give her the necessary tools to do her job instead of bringing in someone new with new tools that the consultant suggest that you implement.
