She is more than a recuriter when I first graduated high school in 2003 I apply for Henderson she wrote a hand written note when I got excepted with a simple simley face :-) . How many directors spend one on one time with students like this to make u feel special? she went above and beyond for myself that is the type of person she is I will never forget! Losing someone with this much power and perseverance would be a huge mistake for Henderson she is more than a person on campus she's a leader in the community with Turlya HEART!

Keep the Pillar. Whoever is behind replacing Ms. Hardwick is in for self, greed and recognition. Why would you take your star player out of the game when the game is on the line. The Good book says,
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding....now, that's the bible.

This strong, beautiful, and confident woman has always been my Campus Mother. She always made sure that I stay on the right path and that I always attend church. She is truly the definition of a "School with a Heart!"

Got the pleasure of meeting her when my son first enrolled at HSU. She eased my nerves and I felt okay leaving him there after talking with her. She is so sweet and really cares for the student.

Got the pleasure of meeting her last year as she spoke at a breast cancer event. She was very sweet. To get rid of her would be terrible.

God is your refuge. He is your help and your sustainer. You know I love you and will always be here. We are a family and no matter what, we will stick together. God has brought us through so much and we are gonna continue to praise Him and trust Him! Love ya Sissy

I met and communicated with Ms. Vikita when my son was a student at HSU. I lived far away but I always felt comfortable that she and others were taking care of matters that were critical to my sons development while a student. She has remained a long time friend of our family. I had never heard of HSU until son attended. Now I am convinced that it is one of Arkansas best kept secrets. Ms. Hardwick is linked to the identity of this school. If she has been loyal and dedicated brought to be with HSU for 20 plus years she deserves reciprocal loyalty and trust. I just can't fathom her not being a part of HSU.

Mrs. Vikita has impacted so many lives at Henderson State. I wouldn't feel comfortable encouraging my children to go to Henderson now knowing how they are treating people. Henderson use to be the school with the heart, a home away from home. I loved being a REDDIE and now I am ashamed.

Twenty years ago, I was a recruit from Conway High when I met Vikita, aka the Pillar. She has been a bedrock for me as well as thousands of Reddies even after graduating way back in 2002. Money cannot replace the significance of this woman in our lives over the years.
Reddie Nation, stand up and support the Pillar!

We need to keep someone like this in our system! I am a current student at Henderson State University and I personally do not enjoy it here. The school is being ran down into the ground. Truly depressing!
