The paint design at the black pearl isn't offensive nor draws away people from local businesses. People are singular beings that can comprehend thought processes of their own, thus allowing them to go where they want. We are not sims.

It's a tattoo place were people from the community came to paint together. I believe it's brings creativity and color to this community and it would be discriminatory of us to make them change it. Places like yo Johnny or any other restaurants for that matter can have their own theme therefore I sign this petition in confidence that we all will make the right choice.

I think that the paint job is perfect for the building it is a tattoo shop that expresses art and the paint on the building brings that out plus now you can actually see the building I remember when I would miss it and have to turn around to go back to it !!

I feel that the paint job helps the business stands out. I recently went there prior to the paint job. Due to the lackluster appearance outside, I thought that my GPS has taken me to the wrong address. The face lift to the shop helps to draw attention to it and will ultimately help the business grow. The staff there is amazing. It is a tattoo shop, not your typical store. The paint reflects the creative individuals that are contained within those walls. The business reserves the right to advertise and market their products as they deem fit, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone or is obscene. Paint of random swirls and colors is not offensive or obscene.

I agree, a place for body art should be able to keep art on their exterior the same way a day care might have a pastel/colorful paintjob.

Leave the building as it is. It isn't bothering anyone. It's a tattoo shop it's suppose to be different and out of the box.
