Freedom of speech and expression. It's private property don't like what you see. Who knows I might not like the color of your house. Does that mean you can make your neighbors change their house color if you don't like it? To force a business to change their paint on their building might as well allow others to start making a list for their neighbors. Just saying.

Really is a paint job hurting anyone,that town has so much h more stuff to focus on than a paint job.ffs the business is right outside a U.S army post and the man doesn't even have the right to paint his own business the way he wants? Land of the free is more like land of slavery and dictatorship.
