During our Vietnamese Team Elite meeting WE ALL AGREE the new titles is CONFUSING and to this date, we can’t remember them. That’s a CHALLENGE. Let’s SIMPLIFY to MULTIPLY.

The Pin Titles are at the core of our culture. They are instantly associated with level of achievement. If we have to stop and pull out a cheat sheet to determine the new titles we have added needless confusion. That’s what we have with the new titles, needless confusion.

Retain Legacy pin titles. The pins still have the stones so it’s a disconnect. We don’t need corporate sounding titles that no one can remember...including corporate! I also must add that although we hit 10MCD we’ve had people think Circle of Excellence lll means we have 3 million in lifetime earnings. It’s another disconnect. If Roman numerals have to be used at least have them correlate!

I do not know how often we have to say it or how many are needed to push this. But it is NOT possible to tell any region any more that other regions love it. Through many comments in different leadership groups, I have only found one (out of hundreds) that likes to have the new titles. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE LEADERSHIP! We do NOT want those new titles!

The old titles created emotions and an understanding of the next steps, the new titles sound bureaucratic and not distinguishable!

Please let us go back to previous pintitles - the new ones are just confusing both for new and old leaders. We also see that it is hard for corporates as well to use the new ones....
We love and prefer the old pin titles
