Keep the original cast in the Northern Exposure Revival!

No show without the original cast.

For over two decades I've held a candle for the original show and its crew. If the new show proceeds without the original cast, or an attempt to cast the original crew, I will not be watching. This is not out of spite. This is because the original captured a magic that I've yet to see recreated. The original cast and their dynamics is what the workd needs now. To try and make the show younger, hipper, trendier, would be a disservice to the heart of Northern Exposure, and dishonor the work and memory of the original.

Keep the original cast...or quite frankly, "it is NOT Northern Exposure!"

Dear CBS, Your ageism is showing.

Without the original cast, there is no point to this. Please don't waste your time or ours.

Northern Exposure was the best show to ever air. We all loved the characters and they got to be like family to most of us as we watched for 5 years. Please use the original cast. It would never be a reboot or be the same without the originals. Sure add some new blood, but we all want to see the originals most of all. You can't just boot out people because they get older. They are the reason this new endeavor is so exciting. Please use all originals. We love them!

This is, at best, bad judgment on the part of the creative team.

If it doesn't have the original cast, then it's not Northern Exposure - it's a wannabe.

Please bring back as many people as you can.

It's discriminatory not to bring Janine back with the others.

The show was an ensemble, not just Rob Morrow.

Without the original cast (All surviving members) any reboot will not be watched by me or my family. Thank the Gods for the original series on DVD!

I will not watch the reboot if it does not contain the original cast .... Don't even bother making a reboot if the entire original cast is not in it.
