we are messing with every tradition in this country. Stop already. NY Basketball Championships in Glens Falls is a Tradition that should not change.

For the past 35 years, I have traveled 3 hours to attend this tournament. As a former basketball coach, athletic director & school administrator, I have observed its evolution into a well-oiled machine. The infrastructure for a successful tournament is solid and continues to "wow" attendees year after year. It has been embraced and staunchly supported by the area & I feel that no community could possibly replicate the welcoming atmosphere and efficiency that I have witnessed.

Nobody will ever put on a tournament the way these volunteers have. Glens Falls is the perfect place....easy to navigate, family friendly and crazy for basketball

Simple: If it ain't broke, don't fix it. the tournaments have been here for 35 years, WHY would they have to be moved elsewhere?

I ran into John Wallace on Thursday night in West Chester and his eyes lit up when I mentioned Glens Falls. "Man, you're taking me back to 1992."
