Keep the LINC Program at Vancouver Community College

Keep this valuable and necessary program at VCC.

The closing of this program literally shuts off communication for Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf Blind individuals moving to Canada. Other programs and services DO NOT have experienced Deaf staff who can communicate with families moving to Canada. The government needs to consider the many who are impacted by the closing of this valuable, and for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf Blind, ESSENTIAL service!

I support this 100%.

This has been such a valuable program, positively affecting thousands of lives. As well as the direct many thousands of learners, there has been the ripple effect as these strong learners have become engaged in forwarding their lives and joining the wider community.

This decision is unfair to newcomers who feel like they have just come to this world, especially to hardworking teachers. I demand that this decision be withdrawn immediately.

I imigrated as a child but my husband was an adult wgwn hw immigrated. These classes were so beneficial to him.

We need Link classes in VCC because it is helping us to improve faster our English language skills

The program has been a proven success for over 60 years. It is part of the reason why our Canadian mosaic works. Do not eliminate Canada's future!
