That's what they want her breast to look like, moving and jiggling, the difference being that in game, they're affected by gravity, whereas in the glitched select screen they have no gravity.
No one is removing jiggle, nor asking to remove it. Get your facts straight, it's a glitch with the gravity that makes them look hallow and mass-less, THAT'S the bug they're going to fix.
Look at more of the videos, the physics on the Player 1 side and Player 2 side are asymmetrical;
---Ryu: Player 1 side=Normal, Player 2 side= Floating ends of headband during idle, before button selection
---Chun Li: Player 1 Side=Normal, Player 2 Side= Extended bouncing after character is still
---Birdie: Player 1 side=Mostly normal, minor clipping with necklace, Player 2 side= increased necklace clipping, floating more
---Cammy: Player 1 Side=Normal, Player 2 side= floating pigtails, increased breast bounce
Let me clarify the problem:
They move toooo slooooooow and jiggle toooo looooong. That's what makes them unrealistic.
Real breasts, (naked breasts) do move a lot, but the forces are resolved faster, and subsequent oscillations are exponentially smaller in movement with each return motion.
This is because they're so soft (and have variable density internally due to being made of multiple components) that MOST force is literally absorbed in the tissue, making the opposite reaction barely even a tiny fraction of the initial force.
Yes, natural breasts aren't stiff by any means, they will pivot and sway A LOT, but they're not elastic like rubber. That's why they don't react like jello (gets force acted on it once, and continues to jiggle, real breast resolve that force extremely fast)
Breast motion is fine, as long as it actually conveys "breast motion" and not floating buoys or helium balloons.

Needs to be a higher level unlockable, so that no-skill SJW's cant access it, act shocked, and then use it as yet another excuse to bash the videogaming community. I suggest a super bouncy 'DOA Mode' as a reward for winning the SFV Platinum Trophy :)

Well, I think that Capcom shouldn't remove this physics completely, but instead, improve to be more realistic. And by this I mean, just SLIGHTLY reduce the jiggle, leading the animation a more fluid (and realistic aspect). If Cammy with tiny breast can have this kind of animation, why not Chun li?
If we compare SFV with SFIV, Chun li has (really) big thighs and small breasts on SFIV and bigger breasts and smaller thighs on SFV. Even on SFIV she has the breast jiggle animation, like almost all female characters on this game. AND if you pay close attention she has the jiggle animation on her thighs in some moves!
The point is: Capcom can adjust this based on the SFIV experience! In the end, I think that it's just n excuse because some people complained about without thinking too much on the subject.
