Sigh, this again .. seriously .. let’s get some thing’s straight, breasts are made of fat not solid rock or wood, and fat is a lot like jello, so yeah they do jiggle .. and do jiggle a LOT if the woman in question isn’t wearing a bra or has large breasts, and that doesn’t mean the breasts have a mind of their own, it just means they area acting according to materials properties and gravity .. must be magic XD
Long story short, the top one with Chun-Li on the right is perfectly natural if Chun-Li isn’t wearing a bra, the one below is totally unrealistic considering the shape and size of her breasts, it looks totally fake as if her breasts are made of solid wood or stone, it made me facepalm really hard when Capcom said it’s a bug, it probably wasn’t a bug at all but probably a test .. and they called it a bug just to avoid the backlash from femnists who -for some arcane reason- can’t handle the sight of jiggling breasts (that includes feminist males and females) .
Bare in mind I don't understand why people actually started complaining about it in the first place if it was an actual bug why doesn't it happen for the other characters?

If Birdie's belly can jiggle why can't boobs jiggle? Bring the jiggle back Capcom. Physics are physics; look at all the moveming she does, they are supposed to move.
Those jiggle physics are capable of winning a tournament. The jiggle camping one can do with this tool makes chun li extremely viable. Don't let capcom administer this massive nerf to chun Li's kit. I eagerly await to see how rose utilizes this tool in her strategy as well
As a real feminist, I think this should be kept because as someone with large breasts, mine do move like that when I don't wear a bra (yes, it hurts, but it's how boobs move.) I personally find it amusing too and don't see anything wrong with it.

But women boobs always jiggle no matter if they're wearing a bra or not. Especially this size. Stop discriminating against women Capcom! No need to remove something perfectly natural. Games get a lot of flack for not having jiggle physics *cough* Nintendo. *cough* And there is no need to remove something that adds a touch of realism to the game
