There is much cheaper houses in Sparta, a house in my neighborhood ran extremely cheap and it was a nice house! (I knew the people who lived there before) My friends mom said that the neighborhood you guys live in is more expensive then the rest of town! WE LOVE THE GALLUCCIO'S.
