Mr Ellis was one of our first teachers in Char Valley and it was always about the kids! I can't think about Nixon School, Scott Pool or Great Southern Skating Rink without thinking of Mr Ellis!

Mr. Ellis spent his entire career helping instill a love of swiming into the children of CV and Scott. My Dad uses the pool and speaks highly of all the good Mr. Ellis still does. He is an amazing educator.

All of our families memories of the pool include Mr. Ellis. His kind presence has been a vital part of this community and location for too many years to count. It would be shameful and dishonorable to exclude him from the operations at the pool. Please reconsider.

Mr Ellis has been a Scott employee BEFORE the pool existed! He ran a bulldozer when the park was just being built. I say let's petition to have the pool director terminated instead.

I had Mr Ellis at Nixon for gym class and can't remember a summer without him at Scott pool. He is beloved by everyone, it's bad enough the new pool doesn't have Ellis island don't let him go too.
