I'd love to keep the ocean view in this end of Ocean View so people entering this end of Norfolk can actually see the Bay instead of a wall of houses and condos

This green space is essential to the community that has been built in East Beach, and should be nurtured into a beautiful buffer between neighborhood and thoroughfare. When kept green and open, it gives margin for families and individuals to breathe a little, it provides a place for small businesses to bring goods to their customers, and it invites a community to come together for fun and fellowship. In the triangle lot we should be planting more flowers, and fewer buildings.

Unfortunately there’s so much building going on it’s starting to look like it did back in the mid to late ‘70’s - it looks like a junk pile to me.

Please don’t allow this build to happen. We don’t need more housing. What we need are places like these where we are still able to come together for humanitarian purposes.

I am opposed to the triangle being developed. Keep it open and green.

The area is crowded enough, support local farmers instead of big real estate companies.
