You are so funny, Bart Frye is going to build you a swimming pool? He is pretty much interested in building apartments since they are income producing Would you pay to swim per lap? Might have something there

We moved here because of the charming homes and green space. Not to crowd this neighborhood for financial gains. The original plans were not honored!

OV did it 15 years ago 1/2 of Bay Oaks is park 1/2 is residential. OV is doing it at the former Greenies site lets stand up in East Beach and help OV GREEN

We need more green spaces here Oceanview is over built. And I am opposed to Norfolk's apparent hatred of trees.

Please keep the last bit of green space in EB green! Where will the rainwater go? Flooded driveways and garages are not what folks bargained for when choosing to make their homes there.

Please keep us green , we’ve lost so much already , I’ve been in the area close to twenty years and the new construction has blocked off the sun and ocean views . It’s a crime to destroy anymore . Thank You for listening
