The green space adds a lot more esthetic and community to East Beach than a bunch more apartments. The potential for that space for events and gathering holds more value to this neighborhood than more units!

Please keep some green space! The Farmer's Market is such a great thing to have at that location and if a nicer green space was also cultivated on that lot, it would be so much appreciated!

The density of housing in this area has become an eyesore with so many tall condos, apartments, and townhomes. It is choking those who live and visit here. The triangle green space gives people a view of the bay and the ability to breath the bay air. People come from all over to go to our restaurants, the Farmers Market, and to the beach. It would be a travesty to ruin the last open space in EOV to see the bay while walking or driving. This whole area is a gem for Norfolk. Do not mess with it ! It was not in the original plan! Quality of life is more important. I see so many people come to our beach here who may have no other place to go. The Ocean at Virginia Beach is great, but the beach in EOV is much safer for families. Norfolk needs this space!

The last thing that street needs is more condos and death to the green space that’s left. The green space there is enjoyed by many, especially the Farmers Market which draws many to the area in the morning year round. Please keep the area as is!

Keep this space green! Why overcrowd an already too populated area? Green space is always a need even for those of us that live in the area. We need fresh air and the outdoors!

East Beach is a great place to hang out with family and the market has so many great options for food that aren't available in stores. There are condo units already over running theh little land left to be in the grass amd spend time outside. It would be ashame if they continue to build until there is no space left.
