Keep the green space. I have a house in Virginia Beach. But am looking into buying in East Beach. The green space makes the area look more inviting.

East Beach and Norfolk as a whole NEEDS green spaces. It's not just for esthetics, but it promotes a healthier living area - reduced air pollution, increased water absorption and retention area, a commons area to meet and hold functions in the immediate neighborhood. Let us enjoy the natural space.

Stop the developments . Leave some land for us to enjoy. We don’t need any more over priced townhomes.

PLEASE keep the Triangle free and open for public use!!! I use this space for so many things and Ocean View already has very minimal green spaces. PLEASE DO NOT DEVELOP THIS LAND.

The last thing we need at the corner of Shore Dr. And East Oceanview Ave. is more density.
