freedom of speech should be upheld for ALL Americans. Everybody knows the basics of this family's values and beliefs. There is no surprise in what their opinion is in the matter of marraige, or sexual preferences. Those persecuting them for standing up for what they believe in are doing the same thing; standing up for THEIR beliefs. I compare it to being angry at them for not voting the same way as I did on a ballot...really? it us their right to speak out loud what they feel is right in ANY situation just as it is everyone else's right. They are only being target because they are easy to make an example of due to their show. if you don't like the show (or the family) don't watch.

This is a freedom of speach issue. If the Duggars are removed from TLC I would seriously consider boycotting ALL advertisers on TLC

I love watching 19 kids every Tues. To cancel them would be wrong. They are a real family that teaches morals and values within the family. They are an encouragement to me and to cancel them

I was a huge fan of the Duggars on TLC and I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in hearing such bad news from the family. I am a christian woman, who was married in a church by a minister - to my wife. We are both female. Goodness gracious, this family has some nerve. As a Canadian I am proud to say my marriage is recognized as ligit. I have as many rights as heterosexual couples. I have zero tolerance for intolerance of bigots. I will NOT be watching this show again. For shame Michelle and company. I would hate to live a life of servitude to my spouse. Equal rights to all, including gays and women. Yep, that show will never grace my screen again.

everyone has the right to freedom of speech. why should the duggers not have the same. that is being a hypocrite saying they cant say what they want. we have people on tv naked naked and thats fine but its wrong for people to dress modest and show love???? are you really that self absorbed? they are good people and it shut out of tv....well I think you will lose alot of viewers!!

I am not against gay marriage personally; but I believe we all have a right to our believes. So does the Duggar family. Plus I enjoy watching their show!! Keep the Duggar family on TV!
