The Duggar's show is one of the few that I know my whole family can watch. It reflects my religious and moral beliefs. I am more offended by Modern Family! Taking the Duggars off would be letting the minority take over our society. Why are their beliefs offensive and not the minority's way of life?

I agree with the Duggars statement, we love everybody, but we don't always agree. To silence anyone who feels differently would be a dangerous action.

It’s a free country. The Duggars can have as many children as God gives them. With all the slaughter killing through abortions, there is plenty of room for more kids. These people are self sufficient, volunteer firefighters etc. They probably do more for our country than most. You are attacking because of their Christian value which you hate. But then again we have our freedom of religion as well so shut up already. I just don’t understand your hate. You say Christians hate gays, well I think it’s the other way around. We are commanded to love one another as God made us all

Apparently Gay people do not read the Bible as God plainly states that being Gay is not his Will. Marriage from page one in the Bible firmly states that God made Adam and Eve to cling to one another and be fruitful, and he also states in the Bible that man are not to lay together. You are either believe in God's word or rebel againist it. I do not believe we have to love Gay people.

I love this family and fully support their Christian values. I'm thrilled that so many other people feel the same way and pray that this family will be airing their lives on TLC for a long time.

I'm appalled at the hate directed towards the Duggar family and their beliefs. I am also a Christian but I would never spit out the venom that has come from the detractors of this show. Carry on all you Duggars, I love your show & will continue to watch as will my family. Good luck, God Bless & Merry Christmas.

The labeling of people who are protective of the word marriage and it's definition, but more importantly of the desire to protect the religious significance of that sacred right to them, strikes me as incredibly selfish and hypocritical because they are simultanesouly demanding a disregard for their feelings and beliefs, which is what those doing the labeling and attacking of these people accuse them of doing. Chances are they could care less if LGBT people wed and were awarded equal rights to property, beneficiaries, etc., as long as it wasn't called marriage. I believe those doing the labeling, name-calling, and attacking would be outraged and defend other, similar "exclusionary"-type religious rituals for other religions. Does the Mikveh of the Jewish religion exclude those of the LGBT community? If so, where's the outrage? What if the Burqa was something everyone wanted to do and had specific requirements to be met before being allowed to don one and excluded the LGBT community? Would there be equal outrage? The fact of the matter is that some people, such as the Duggars, take marriage, its sanctity, its definition, literally and consider it extremely important as a religious right of passage, so why do others want to harm people like them, essentially belittling all of that for them? I would never diminish something for one person so I could have it too, and I certainly wouldn't accuse them of being selfish while behaving selfishly myself.

Freedom of speech, don't hate people for their beliefs. That is wrong. Keep the show on.
