I was kicked out of my house at fifteen for coming out. You think I, or the thousands of other teens who face the same hatred, would have DECIDED to be gay? Absolutely not. My life would be so much easier if I were straight.
Being gay is perfectly natural. It is found in over 400 animal species across the world. Do some research and you'll come to the same conclusion.

The Duggars have a right to have their beliefs. We are a free nation. A nation of freedom of Speech. If this is the way they believe marriage should be that's their right. They shouldn't be taken off because of a belief that others may not agree with.

Straight Pride won't be necessary until the straight "community" faces the amount of discrimination the LGBT community has faced for hundreds of years. When all sexualities are equal, there will no longer be a need for pride festivals, and they will become obsolete.

The Duggars have the right to express their beliefs just like everyone else in the country. If you take this show off the air your denying people their basic human rights, and that is oppression. Not just oppression of their right to free speech, but oppression of all of all rights to free speech, free expression and freedom of religion for all people, especially those who have the same beliefs as them. Stop oppression. Let them say their feelings. And for your information you dont have to agree with them. If you dont like what they say, just take it with a grain of salt. Also dont let what they say or believe get to you. Sticks and stones everybody. Also no one is holding a gun to your head people, if you dont agree with their beliefs, dont watch the show. They have many other fans that will watch their show. With all that being said, save 19 Kids and Counting!!!! Its a good wholesome show and we barely have any of those left anymore. Whats mostly left now is horrible, trashy, violent, crude, sexual and extremely suggestive, inappropriate TV. Thats a component in why our world and generation today are so deplorable.
