This is a pivotal moment in a child's development, this is something that should never be chopping block. This is where you as a group can make a difference and not fail our future. The kids need to be taken care of, don't fail them.

Duff pre-k is a vital educational program for this elementary school. Please keep this program at Duff!

Small preK children being force to adjust to different environment after school has started is wrong. The administration should have seen this before start of year. If necessary this change should be made at start of year not now. This shows no consideration for the children or the parents. Doesn't say much of the school board or district for allowing this to be considered now.

I need this program to stay at Duff for my daughter next year. Not only is is more convient since I work there but I also have known the teachers there for many years and they are both the most caring, passionate, wonderful people.

My son went to Pre K at Duff some 18 years ago and it was outstanding then as it is now! My daughter went to Duff as well and a senior I'm High School! Both of my kids did very well at Duff! Keep the Pre K program!!!

Parents deserve to have their neighborhood schools provide the programs that students qualify for.

It is important to support our kids and our local schools, not corporations.

I truly hate to see this program go. It fills a need in our community and is a very much loved part of the Duff community.

The Aisd administration seems to be busy making decisions that don't take children into consideration.

Most of Duff's students enter school with the tools they need to succeed. However, as our neighborhood demographics change, more and more children will need and benefit from PreK. I speak as a retired first grade teacher when I say that the PreK programs, whether federal or local, will prepare these children for success in the rest of their school careers. Many of their parents cannot or will not do anything at home to help. They do not speak English and will not learn, which hinders the child's learning, and some do not have the funds or education to help their children. Some just do not care. Keep Duff PreK, please!
