I urge the city to not be bullied by one spiteful individual. If all rules are being followed then the individual needs to be charged for harrasment and false police reports.

Parking ? Really ... lots of other restaurants that use the public payable so the town gets the money parking lots . What about the Mount and their dinner parties and events .
Dont single out the Dive. They are obviously a well respected business on the lake for the short season. People enjoy the idea and the venue

This is by far one of the most amazing places to hit our lake in a long time..... hands down. Whom ever thought it would be a better idea to do away with this establishment should be ashamed!!! Let them STAY ALWAYS!!!!

This is such a positive for the lake! It allows people to enjoy the splendor of our beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee! The Mount Washington has been cruising the waters for years! The locals and visitors love it! This is another attraction for the Lakes Region. One bad apple shouldn't ruin a good thing! Keep it here!

The Dive is an amazing place to be. The good is incredible same with the atmosphere is so relaxing and people can actually have a good conversation over good food and drink. Please keep the Dive open.

I love this whole idea of a floating bar and restaurant. I have never been on it but am signing as I read from everyone who has been on it how much good fun it is.
