This place is amazing. Went there last night for 1st time at the land location and will certainly come back again to the land location.

Happens all the time. Dont by a summer cottage if you dont like the spot. Dont try to change what has already been there or is there legally.

I've never been on Dive but heard nothing but praise and good if a Florida non resident complain go home I support Dive

Have enjoyed the hospitality at the dive; great people, wonderful atmosphere!! Never has the music been too loud to even have conversations!! Please save The Dive!!
