I have never been on the dive but been on the Pier when they are open during busy times and never heard music that was too loud. As far as parking goes I've been able to find parking many times right there during busy times .

The Dive has always been a great, friendly place. They went thru proper channels to be where they are. We like being able to access their place without swimming there! (although that was fun, too!)
