Please reconsider closing this ramp. It reeks havoc with not only the local residents but the business' on the west side of the 101. Please take this into consideration. thank you, Marla Frees a local

I grew up using the ramp to get home every day after school. Though I no longer live in the Hills, my parents and friends do. I do not understand the decision to close the ramp.
