Sounds like a backdoor deal with Universal and Caltrans. And it does not seem to be in the best interest of the people of this area. I am deeply against this closure.

the congestion at the highland exit is already excruciating during the hollywood bowl season, dumping more traffic onto those ramps is just unthinkable.
