I am not comprehending the purpose of the closure and how it will benefit anyone at all. It is unfair and completely thoughtless in regards to the residents and those just trying to commute in this area

Closing the offramp is pure stupidity. It benefits NBC Universal at the expense os Los Angeles residents. Why were we not informed of this closure when we were asked to support this expansion? This will create at least two more traffic bottlenecks and that is an inexcuseable scenario.

I am both a business owner and commercial property owner in close proximity to the Barham exit. The closure of this ramp will adversely affect both my property and access to my business -- making doing business with us less convenient for our customers. I am opposed to any permanent closure of this exit.

My husband ( he will sign separately) own properties in the Caheunga Pass area ! This ramp MUST REMAIN OPEN! Traffic is AWFUL enough NIW

I firmly believe the new on-ramp can be configured to keep Barham Off-ramp open. It might require closing Barham On-ramp but new on-ramp only 1/2 mile away not 1 1/2.

This is unbelievable. This off ramp is the connection not only to the Hollywood Hills but to Burbank and Toluca Lake. It also means a longer distance between ramps(Lankershim to Highland) than the other off ramps only the 101 in the valley and Hollywood. The Lankershim off ramp dumps cars into a long wait for the arrow signal to change as it is now. With double the amount of cars, the wait will be unreasonably long and could pile up cars waiting to exit that ramp off of the 101. Going all the way to Highland is not an option for people living on the Valley side of the Hollywood Hills or Burbank. Highland is already an overcrowded street and will now be even worse. imagine the traffic in the summer when the Hollywood Bowl is open. Barham is the hub between city, valley and Burbank. Closing that ramp is not only bad for residents but an embarrassment to the city of poor traffic and freeway planning.
