Theresa taught our oldest to swim when she was 4, had our 2nd in the water the day she turned 6 months, there is nothing our 3rd child loves more then swimming with her, and we were thrilled she would be taking our new baby in the pool by end of summer. I'm very disappointed that might not happen now. Theresa teaches with love and firmness that gets even the most skiddish child over their fear of water. Losing her would be letting a great asset go not to mention income to a facility that greatly needs it.

Please extend Swim With Theresa’s contract until July 2020. Her program serves around 100 families (some with multiple swimmers) who would otherwise be underserved. Her team offers different class times and regular staffing that cannot yet be accommodated anywhere else. I learned of CCAC’s other programs and amenities simply by bringing my daughter to her swim classes. Theresa and her team are wonderful assets to swimmers and would-be swimmers in this area!

Teresa is a wonderful instructor and such a great attribute to the Awuatic Center as well. We have been coming for two years with our 3 gchikdren and all love her and the pool. We were planning on moving to swim team. I hope you reconsider.

Please keep swim with Teressa. Teresa is very professional and she is awesome with the kids. She is valuable to this community and her skills and talent is much needed on keeping our children safe and knowledgeable when being around water. We need more of her and the patience she have in training and keeping our youth and adults safe.

Mrs. Theresa is a gift to our community and she has taught 100’s if children to swim and taught them how to be safe around the water. There is no greater gift than the safety of our children. I can’t believe they are trying to take away such a important gift!!! We adore her and appreciate her love for our children!!!

Our daughter went through many teachers without success before we met Theresa. Now, with Theresa, she's making great strides and is so proud of herself, as is our son. It will be a great shame is Chatham county Aquatic center forces then to give up their phenomenal teacher. Let them "keep swimming!"
