I have been an avid watcher of Swamp People since it first premiered. It has easily become one of my favorite shows, if not my favorite because the people are so genuine and hard working, like myself. I love the aspect of gator hunting simply because its different and so exciting. Its the most realistic show on TV. These men/women put their lives on the line for their families and viewers get a glimpse into this fascinating line of work. I have respect and have my "favorites" on the show and CANNOT believe the majority are being let go from the show . I dont see how Swamp People can survive without the core of its main cast. Please reconsider taking them from the main cast. Each one has its own way of hunting gators and i have become fond of all of them. Besides how many women, mother/daughter, do you see pulling in 600 pound gators then shoot them in the kill spot or a young man that goes out on his own and throws a hook out into the water to pull in several hundreds pounds of ferocious beast . You mustn't change this show. Its one of a kind that no other show can dare compete with. And the characters is the foundation. Please keep all the people on the show!

What a stupid decision Original Media has made to take the Edwards, Liz and her family, Jeromy and David off the show. David just lost his son, and now this. They must have idiots running things.. or may I say ruining things.

Why on earth would you break up a winning cast? I will not watch anything on History Channel any more. I watch Counting Cars, Pawn Stars ect.

I think the idiots who run Original Media have lost their minds. Why in the world would they get rid of the people who made up the heart of the show? It doesn't make any sense. I think they will realize when the new season starts and the viewers are not there that they made a fatal mistake.

Why do the executives always gotta mess with good shows..People feel a connection to this Family oriented show that I know my grand babies enjoy watching. More trash on now than ever..they also need to give Shelby Stang from ax men his own show. I GET TIRED OF ALL THE BLEEPING FROM THE OTHER LOGGERS. Every other word bleep bleep...Bleep to those wanting new cast members

Your production company has gutted your "Swamp People" series, which was my favorite one on History. Please bring back the people that were cut-they help make the program what it is. "Swamp People" has een one of the main reasons I've watched the History Channel. I hope the Landrys haven't been cut. Actually, I've been unhappy with your newer programs, so this action with the people cut might make me think twice about watching History. I hope nothing happens with "American Pickers" or "Counting Cars".

If it is not broken' don't fix it. These original cast members make the show. Is it your intent to loose ratings because that's what it looks like.
