As a father of 3 boys that where and are in LR and will be affected if the stonemill community is split. I ask to consider other options than g.

Our family is connected to both the south and north side in a huge way. Our family's social circle would be divided in half, my kids' best friends separated from them after 6 years of creating these deep friendships, hoping that they can re-build them 3 years later. It would sadden us so deeply to see us split. This community is everything someone would dream of and it pains me to think we'll be divided. In such a formative time in their lives, please keep our kids together in Stonemill!

My son would be devastated to leave Lake Middle School. He spent the year getting familiar with Jr. High at Lake Middle. He's made many friends and is close with many of the teachers. I can't imagine sending him to a different school next year for 7th grade.

No to plan G. Please don't break up a community (Stonemill Farms), it would be devestating to us.

All three plans will split up friends, but plan g is the most logical for the district.

I would ask that plan G not be approved. Stone mill is a community with a community elementary school those kids should stay together when they go to middle school. It makes no sense to bus them to Cottage Grove.

Just because the children of Stonemill may not go to school together anymore, doesn't mean you still want be a community.

All three plans will leave children devastated, but plan G is the most logical solution to the issues at hand regarding the amount of kids at Lake.
