Wait so we're all flipping because sapphire kissed rubeys tear but we're not flipping about the fact that amethysts said "I know how your junk looks like" there are kids who hate themselves and watching these two episodes gives them a boost of hope that they can come out courageously. I say keep the two episodes uncensored!!

Love is not exclusive to one sexuality. Kids need to know this! Censor violence, gore, and sexual content instead!

I was genuinely happy to see Ruby and Sapphire kiss and be so happy together! They and Garnet are my favorite characters now, probably. It's a good and happy experience between them to watch, and I think a lot MORE kids should see it, because it's a good role model for a healthy relationship. Why anyone would want to cut out such happy things from a children's show, which is made to make children /happy/, is beyond me.

i can't believe ppl even want to censor this like wth.. isn't it good that a cartoon is finally showing gay acceptance without it being a joke?? that's a huge step towards equality in my opinion.

This show is a work of art, and having these episodes shown as they were meant to be shown is important. The messages in this show are beautiful and deserve to be shown they way there were intended. Period

Their relationship is beautiful and there is nothing wrong with it, so why should it be censored? Keep it up. It made me so happy seeing this and I'm behind on the show.

The characters described as "gems" are gender-less aliens, though they possibly depicted as females it should not matter if they characters are gay or straight. Equality should be allowed all over the world including on television and in cartoons. It will not ruin your kids, the lack of acceptance will ruin your kids.

I don't watch Steven Universe, but after watching this scene online, it is outrageous to me that people want to censor this. It's obvious true love between two characters, who the hell cares that they're the same sex? Smh

People's logic is ridiculous. Just because a child sees an LGBT relationship doesn't mean they're gonna turn gay. Hey, I've been bombarded with heterosexual relationships in the media for my whole life and I turned out bisexual, so CLEARLY the media doesn't have an influence on sexuality. Yay for gay, and for that matter, all LGBTQ+ people!! Rock on!!
