This show means so much to me and so many others. It's subversive in the best way and will help many children who are growing up, who would think they are strange or unnatural otherwise. Representation matters.

For the first time in I don't even know how long, there's healthy LGBT representation in a children's show. That's far too important, and I will not stand for its censorship.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with these episodes. They are perfect how they are. Pretending like these shows will corrupt our youth is an old and stupid idea.

I love this show so much and it shouldn't be put down because of such foolish people. This is stupid, "censoring " the couple from kids or teens. I don't understand how this would change their minds about anything except that love can happen anywhere and that's it's a great thing ! Please support this petition and stop the people from taking such a wonderful show down.

People who are attempting to censor LGBTQA+ are absolutely ridiculous. It's absurd. There's no need to "protect" or "shield" children from sexual orientations on TV that aren't heterosexual. There are kids out there who are gay, or lesbian, or bisexual, or just not straight. There are kids out there who have two mom's or two dad's. It's atrocious; this sort of representation makes me really happy and probably makes kids who aren't' straight very happy because they finally get to see people like them on TV. Absolutely unnecessary to censor these shows. SU has had other moments that COULD be worthy of censoring (although I wouldn't) like in Steven the Swordfighter where Pearl was literally stabbed and "killed" in front of Steven. Why are people complaining about a healthy, loving, right romantic relationship between Ruby and Sapphire? It's absolutely absurd.
