If Kissing is too intense for your kid I think you should just not let them watch tv at all.

This show is inspirational, the main character hardly even has a weapon. its represented as a shield. this show is very appropriate for all ages, it teaches to believe and love yourself and to be strong in your own way, its about caring for those around you, even people you have yet to meet. I could go on for days about the care put into this wonderful show.

I don't see the issue with this show if you really want to cancel or censor a show your should look towards the openly racist and degrade women but they want to cancel something positive that makes people feel good about themselves

I don't even watch this show, but have heard about it from friends. I belive its weong to censor these kind of things. Kids will grow up and have to face this sooner or later. Might as well show it in one of their favorite TV shows to introduce to them that LGBT rights are okay.

Heterosexual couples are shown being affectionate with each other on tv all the time, even in cartoons. This is not a matter of protecting kids, this is a matter of blatant homophobia and it's disgusting.

If we are truly pushing towards a world where its okay to be gay, why censor something like this? Leave it as it is, you have no reason to censor something just because you don't want to take the time to explain to your children that love can happen between any gender

when I watched sapphire smooch Ruby's cheek my eyes widened and my heart filled with happiness. tears rolled down my face because there was finally representation of a gay couple on one of the shows I watch. Steven universe is one of the most diverse cartoons iv seen in a long time and I hope Rebecca sugar continues to open our eyes and hearts to the topics parents shamefully neglect to teach us
