There are proposals to prevent staff members of the University of Bristol from applying (or continuing in their role) to the position of Senior Resident. This ignores the hugely positive impact many currently serving Senior Residents have made on Hall communities across the university. It also ignores the job experience, emotional maturity and long-service that come with having permanent university staff volunteering for this role. Please sign in support of those staff members who continue to give so much in their role as Senior Resident, and for those who should be given the chance in years to come.
