There are many ways to conserve energy and this is not the way to go about it. I deserve to be able to keep my room at a temperature I feel is comfortable. For me I am comfortable in a cold environment. Please let me choose the temperature of my own room.

I NEED IT AT 69 DEGREES. I GREW UP MY WHOLE LIFE WITH MY HOUSE AT 69 DEGREES. Why would you change that...
