Skylar and I spent the whole afternoon looking at old photos of our time here because the thought of her leaving is still so heavy. I am working on a way to show her mom exactly how much this community has shaped who we are today.

Seeing all this support for Skylar makes me realize I am not the only one who cannot imagine school without her. This momentum is incredible and I know it will show her mom just how much she belongs here with us.

Okay now this girl came into class every morning with a giant thing of soda and it was the only reason I had enough energy to laugh in the mornings most of the time, what am I gonna do w/o that??? nah. you're staying.
