Why keep changing estate managers? Egos need to step out of the decision making, and decisions need to be made for the good of the people who live here. Shoshi is perfect!

After 4 EM in the past year we need one who has a proven track record and willing to go the extra mile in the interest of the complex.

2 things. Absolutely fed up with this dysfunctional board! 2 members in particular (no need for names as they are making themselves famous with the circus they run) secondly, Shoshi is unbelievable! Even though I have previously been annoyed with her for not doing things. (only because she refused to go outside the bounds of procedure) she is head strong, compliant and productive!! We will be loosing more than just an estate manager if we loose Shoshi, we will be loosing a star!!

Shoshi you are truely doing a great job. The extra hours and effort that you put into your job show your willingess to improve the complex for us all. We woild like you to stay on. Your efforts are visible.

Keep the current Estate Manager and please ask the current Trustee team to consult and abide to the Basic Conditions Of Employment and use conventional formal written agreements, etc. to avoid such disputes.

Since joining there are clear visible signs that things are been taken care of and that there is a willingness to take responsibility for the upkeep of the complex.
