I remember when this happened. This was a horrible death for Michelle, he should never be released. He commited murder and needs to stay behind bars for life.

Why doesn't he have to register? I feel he needs to serve the whole term. Just don't understand how someone can take a life and not spend life in prison. Our laws need to change bad. I feel for police they catchthem they get out. Praying he spends his whole term.
