I worked with the family to keep Scott in prison when I was the Director of the Lake County Victim Assistance Program. I received a three page letter from Scott at one time where he never took responsibility for this horrendous act. It was the others who were responsible. This, now man, should not be allowed out of prison until he has served his entire 40 year sentence. Michelle was not granted the right to live those 40 years and experience all the wonderful things that happen in a woman's life.

He really should have gotten the death penalty for this. He needs to serve everyday of his 40 yr sentence and if or when 40 yrs is up be told he has to register as most offenders would now.
